If you are looking for a quiet little get away, than this is the cabin for you. It is located in heart of the Kiamichi Mountians. It sets on 3 private acres facing the mountains. You can sit in the porch swing enjoy the view, with some piece and tranquility. This cabin is in a remote location.

There is no wifi access or smart TV. There is a DVD player and DVDs provided for you. It has a twin bed, full bed, and a recliner in the front room.

The kitchen consist of a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. Coffee fixings are provided for you. There is a charcoal grill provided outside for your use. You will need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Yes, it does have indoor plumbing. It has the basics, but nothing fancy.

We love our little cabin, so please treat it like you would want quest to treat your home.

RENTAL PRICES

$99.00 a night
Two night minimum on holidays, spring break, and the BIGFOOT festival
There will be a $25.00 cleaning fee
You will have to pay for one night the day of your reservations with a credit card
14 days before your stay your credit card will be charged the full amount
If it is the day of your reservations it will be paid in full that day
There is a refundable deposit of $200.00
Just remember (like momma always said) if you break it or steal it you buy it
Once you have paid for your reservations you will receive an email with entry instructions and directions

CABIN RULES

Maxium number of guest 3 unless arrangements are made
You must be 21 or older to book the cabin
NO pets
DO NOT drive on grass
DO NOT move the beds or any of the furniture
DO NOT smoke cigarettes, marijuana, or vape in the cabin
DO NOT throw cigarettes butts on the ground
Quiet hours 1Opm to 8am
The firering is behind the cabin you may use it unless there is a burn ban in affect burn wood only in firering
If you need a dumpster there is one located behind Honobia Creek Store
Bagged trash only
We just got to say it, please act like a responsible adult and we can remain friends
Please clean out the refrigerator and freezer of all foods

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to local check-in time (3 p.m. CST) on the day of check-in. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to local check-in time (3 p.m. CST) on the day of check-in, otherwise, no refund will be issued. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
